This is a repeat of the event that ran on 15 June 2023. We are re-running it to accommodate the high demand from the first event.

The London Branch are pleased to announce (the repeat of) the 2023 Annual London Walk which will take place on Tuesday 5 September 2023 at 6.15pm. This year we have moved our base to the City of Westminster and will be exploring more secrets of that area of London. As usual, we will be led by a qualified guide who is also a Bristol Graduate.

We shall meet by the Statue of Boudicca (aka Boudiccan Rebellion) at 6:15pm. We suggest you arrive via Westminster Station and use Exit 1. We, as usual, will leave for the walk at 6.30pm SHARP. We will explore the area at a leisurely pace for 90 minutes and finish at an historic London Tavern where a fish & chip supper will be provided (drinks at your own cost). There will be a vegetarian option - please indicate your preference on the form. Several tube stations are near the Tavern. Please note we cannot accept refund requests after noon 29 August 2023.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
London Underground is probably best. Just come to Westminster Station. Parking in the area is extremely limited.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds after 29 August 2023 noon.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not necessarily. Showing the ticket on a phone is fine. Save the trees.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, but please bring a printed ticket if this is the case. Or email in advance so we know who to expect.
If I am running late on the evening, what do I do?
Leave a message with the organiser on 07860 844 808. We realise this could be an issue if you are stuck underground.
The end time is more than 90 minutes after the start time, why?
The event ends when you want it to. The end time listed is simply to incorporate the pub.
