At this workshop we will introduce healthy boosting Lebanese ingredients, such as pomegranate molasses, and use plenty of heart-friendly olive oil.
Pilar will start the morning with a short talk about health and nutrition while you enjoy a lovely home-made breakfast including some Lebanese breakfast goodies and our delicious freshly baked bread.
Breakfast will be followed by a hands-on cooking session with Maria and the rest of the team featuring Maria’s family recipes for traditional Lebanese dishes that you will enjoy for lunch.
