Tenant Fee Ban Workshop
Since Philip Hammond dropped his bombshell on the industry in his Autumn Statement last year, many agents are preparing themselves for the proposed ban on tenant fees. Does your agency have a plan in place? If not then our afternoon course may help.
The course will continue with a Tenant Fee Ban Workshop. This interactive workshop will examine the options available to letting agents when trying to mitigate the potential impact caused by the proposed ban on tenant fees. We will look at the Scottish position before and after the ban on tenant fees was introduce. Furthermore, we will examine feedback from a Scottish letting agent and how they and their competition have adapted.
TFP will also propose a number of different models constructed by the trainer and discuss in a small group environment the pros and cons of each model option and how these can be implemented practically.
An excellent opportunity to network with like-minded agents, get ahead of your competition and plan a new business model for your agency.
100 % of the delegates who gave us feedback this year would recommend the course they attended to others
Many of our previous delegates particularly value the TFP courses because of our unique combination of experience as letting agents and housing law experts:
“The trainer had practical experience, which means the course content is actually useful for how we operate our business” – Alice Canham, Edwin Thompson
“I could not run my letting agency successfully without these courses.” Gill Dowling, Dowling Styles Residential Lettings
