What if you could feel grounded, seen, and secure in your relationships — without losing yourself?

What if you could feel calm, confident, and connected — in your body, in your boundaries, and in your heart?

What if your relationships didn’t have to feel tense, confusing, or emotionally unpredictable?

This in-person workshop series is a deep dive into healing the roots of insecure attachment and learning to cultivate a steady, loving connection with yourself and others. Grounded in the principles of attachment theory and trauma-informed nervous system work, this is a space to gently unravel old patterns and build something new: safety, stability, and self-trust.

💠 What is secure attachment — and why does it matter?

Attachment is the emotional bond we form with others — shaped early in life, but echoed in every close relationship we have. Whether you tend to anxiously overfunction, pull away and avoid, or swing between extremes… these patterns often stem from unmet needs in our earliest attachments.

But attachment styles aren’t fixed. With the right support, you can develop earned secure attachment — the ability to be with yourself and others in a way that feels steady, loving, and free.

This series is for you if:

  • You long for deeper intimacy but often feel unsafe, unseen, or too much
  • You find yourself over-giving, people-pleasing, or losing yourself in relationships
  • You struggle to trust, open up, or receive love
  • You’re ready to meet your patterns with compassion — and begin creating new possibilities

🌿 What to expect

This is not a “talking only” workshop. It’s an experiential, somatic journey where you’ll learn to recognise your attachment patterns, explore their roots, and begin practicing secure connection — with yourself and others.

Each monthly session blends:

  • Somatic regulation tools to calm the nervous system
  • Guided inquiry and self-reflection
  • Relational practices (consensual and gently facilitated)
  • Teaching on attachment, boundaries, co-dependency, and self-parenting
  • Integration and rituals to carry into everyday life

You’ll be held in a small, supportive circle of no more than ten participants — with spaciousness, safety, and slowness woven into every part of the process.

This is not group therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic. You will not be asked to share anything before you're ready. Everything is optional.

We will be exploring:

- How attachment plays out for you? (previous and current relationships)

- Learning how to parent your inner young parts - so they're not running the show.

- Learning how to feel our feelings and communicate them to others.
