Event description

Description

If you've heard about unconscious bias, but not yet had a chance to really understand what it is, or how it might be of benefit, then this workshop is for you .

brap, one of the country's most credible equality and human rights charities, is offering a short, 3-hour workshop on the concept of unconscious bias.

This interactive workshop will explore what bias looks like in our world, where it hides in plain sight, in our blind spots, and how bias kicks in to steer our decision-making.

So, if you want to understand more about unconscious bias and how it supports unfairness and inequality and are determined to understand the ways in which you can begin to address bias - both at individual and organisational levels - then this workshop is for you.

We hope you can join us and a growing number of people who, through working with us, have understood more about how they can use bias to address inequality.
