What to expect
Practices for body, mind and soul that honour Winter's wisdom:

  • A welcome circle where we light candles and drink tea together as we arrive.
  • A half hour gather and ground practice.
  • An hour movement practice to evoke the season’s energies.
  • A dream the year ahead journalling meditation.
  • A half hour gentle rest practice.
  • Gather in circle to close.

Everything shared is done through a lens of trauma informed practice that supports you to make choices about how much you wish to participate. There is no expecation of how you should show up on the day. Come as you are. Weclome as you are.
