About this Event

Tim Foster is a popular and knowledgeable speaker, known to many of our members, sharing his know-how from years of practical organic horticulture.

Published in 2013 his first book “Good Earth Gardening, a friendly guide to growing vegetables organically” teaches gardeners of all abilities how to grow vegetables organically in a sustainable and environmentally sound manner.

He has taught Organic Horticulture and RHS courses for many years and the tale of the later publication of his "Fruit for Life" tells you much about his sense of humour, love of growing and inspiring others:

He makes a welcome return then as our speaker this month to explore the world of Seeds and the various ways to start them off - for different seeds at changing times and in variable growing conditions to ensure good germination - plus time too to have your questions answered.

This event will be hosted on a third-party live streaming platform, ZOOM, please refer to their privacy policy before purchasing a ticket to the event. After registering, you will receive a unique link in advance to access the event online.
