Welcome to SeenInMotion!
A workshop on being seen and expressing yourself on the dancefloor.
We start with a guided solo journey, eyes closed, to help you tune in to your own energy and rhythm. From there, we’ll open our eyes and start engaging with the room, sensing the collective pulse. The experience then flows into partnering up, dancing in front of others, and embracing the power of being seen and hyping eachother. The experience culminates in a circle inspired by hip hop’s cypher, where everyone has the chance to step into the middle, be witnessed, and be celebrated by the group
All of this is a invitation and only do what you feel you have capacity for and I will be here to support throughout.
Depending on the time and the energy of the group, additional elements may be incorporated to enhance the experience.
