What to Expect

10:00 – 10:15 | Arrival & Welcome Begin the morning with a warm welcome from the Select Pilates team, setting the tone for an energising and connected experience.

10:15 – 11:00 | Signature Pilates Flow A dynamic yet mindful Pilates class designed to strengthen, restore, and reset - suitable for all levels. (Please remember to bring your own yoga/ pilates mats)

11:00 – 12:00 | Social & Sound Unwind with a chilled DJ set from Millie Manning, explore the Atia Activewear pop-up, and enjoy wellness goodie bags. Each ticket also includes a complimentary drink from Boxpark, creating the perfect close to a luxurious Sunday reset.
