North Lincolnshire Council has launched a Selective Licensing scheme for privately rented homes in designated areas of Scunthorpe.
If you own and rent out property in the designated area, you are legally required to apply for a Selective Licence. Applications must be made via Home Safe, the Council’s appointed delivery partner for the scheme. Applications open to landlords on 6 October 2025.
