Join us as we uncover 'Self-advocacy in Tech' with a panel of market-leading experts. This is our first in-person Los Angeles-based event that is taking place this June, in collaboration with our friends from Headspace.

We have 27 free parking spaces available right next door to the campus. If you are facing the office, you can park in the lot directly to the left of the building. Look for the spaces that are marked 'Reserved for Headspace'. There is also street parking available and the Bergamont lot located at the end of Michigan Avenue is unmonitored. Note parking in these other areas is at your own convenience and risk.

Swapna Savant
Swapna Savant is Director of Engineering at Headspace Health and currently leading the engineering teams responsible for expanding the platform capabilities for Fortune 500 companies and enterprise partners. She has 15+ years of industry experience in building large scale systems and high-performing teams. She is highly passionate about improving diversity and inclusion in tech and helping professionals trying to step into their new roles. With that in mind, she recently started and is a founder of adaptUp, a community that helps people step into new roles.
Jen Shute Benson
Jen Shute Benson (she/her/hers) is a Senior Director of Platform Engineering at Slalom Build. She has worked for over 25 years in tech. Her early career included quality engineering, application support engineering and systems engineering. She moved into leadership and managed Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Delivery, Cloud Solutions, and DevOps teams. She managed two major cloud migrations at large scale enterprises before moving into the world of consulting. At Slalom Build in addition to managing Platform Engineering teams in 3 build centers she supports multiple markets and clients and is heavily involved in ID&E initiatives within her capability as well as volunteering as a mentor for Slalom’s women who build program. She is also a member of Cloud Girls, a non-profit organization dedicated to community building and celebrating the success of women in cloud careers and giving back through awards and charitable programs.
Pragya Jaiswal
Pragya Jaiswal is a DevOps professional and leader with over 15 years of experience in leading and building high-performing engineering teams. Her passion lies in building the best-in-class DevOps architecture and processes. She is a strategic, resourceful leader with a talent for solving business challenges with creative technology-based solutions. Pragya has experience in research, design, implementation, and support of Software Configuration Management and DevOps practices within cloud architectures with a proven track record in the successful implementation of agile methodologies, continuous integration/delivery, build & release management, configuration management and infrastructure as code. Pragya is recognized for effective leadership in developing high performance, collaborative and cohesive teams that eliminate barriers, improve efficiency, and deliver business goals and objectives. She currently works as Senior Manager, DevOps in Blackberry and holds MS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.
