Our Leadership Accelerator Programme is a three month course designed for ambitious and socially conscious Black professionals who want to drive racial justice while also gaining the skills and experience needed to step into senior leadership roles.
This taster session offers a preview of some of the topics we cover with our cohorts, while also connecting you with organisations making a real difference in our community.
In this session, we will be exploring self awareness, why it's a cornerstone of effective leadership, and why it's especially important for Black professionals to cultivate.
You will also hear from an organisation currently giving back to the Black community and discover how you can support their work.
