Self-Awareness Session Overview:

Self-Awareness is about paying attention to the things around you and the perception of your environment. During the session we look at:

• the purpose of self-awareness and why it is important

• the benefits of being consciously aware

• the importance of body awareness

• the value of self-reflection

• the importance of having core values.

Online Sessions:

To ensure you have the most interactive learning experience possible, our sessions are delivered online and you can ask questions throughout. Sessions are kept small so that you can get the support you need with ease.
