About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Self-care is entirely personal and so we focus on the 5 areas in which we can show ourselves care; physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual. Recent research has shown that compassion can help to maintain our wellbeing alongside practicing breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. We will discuss key themes and myths around relaxation and self-care, leaving participants with a more balanced outlook and important skills to take away.

Our Wellbeing team is focused entirely on improving the emotional, physical, spiritual and overall wellbeing of the residents of Merton. This Free Wellbeing workshop is ONLY for residents of the London Borough of Merton or those registered with a Merton GP who are over the age of 18.
