Motherhood asks so much of us.It stretches us in every direction — physically, emotionally, mentally.And too often, the version of “self-care” we’re sold is surface-level: a bubble bath, a face mask, a 10-minute break.But you deserve more than that.You deserve a space where your full self is welcome — the tired parts, the tender parts, the curious and evolving parts.
The Self-Care Circle is a weekly space to pause, soften, and be held.No expectations. No need to be “on.” Just a chance to step out of the swirl and come home to yourself.What to ExpectEach session is gently guided by Jenny, founder of Nest and Mellow Mummas — a mother of three with over a decade of experience in yoga, wellbeing, and maternal support.This adult-only class includes:Gentle, grounding movement to reconnect with your body (pregnancy and postpartum friendly)Breathwork to release stress and bring you into the presentGuided meditation to create calm and clarityOracle or affirmation card pulling to spark reflection and insightIntentional conversation — shared wisdom, stories, and support from a circle of women walking similar paths
