Self-Care

Self-care is just what it sounds like: taking care of yourself. Self-care is the practice of consciously doing things that preserve or improve your mental or physical health. This webinar will explore what is meant by self-care and will give you tips on how to stay mentally and physically well.

• ‘Temperature check’ to find out about your own wellbeing

• Explore what you need to feel healthy and well

• Explore both physical, emotional and mental wellbeing

• Create an action plan for changes you want to make to support your own self-care and wellbeing
