About this event

Join us for a refreshing, practical workshop designed to help you take charge of your energy, wellbeing, and resilience.

Together, we’ll explore how your natural behavioural strengths influence your energy flow, your approach to daily tasks, and your overall sense of balance. You’ll discover ways to spot the early signs of stress, and simple strategies to re-energise, relax, and reset when life gets full.

This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about understanding yourself, recognising what works for you, and leaving with tools and resources you can use immediately, and even share with your colleagues and teams.

What you’ll gain:

  • Identify your behavioural strengths to build resilience and work in harmony with your energy flow.
  • Recognise your stress behaviours and learn how to reduce their impact.
  • Practical skills and resources to take back to your team and workplace.
  • The chance to connect with like-minded people in a supportive and energising setting.

This workshop is being delivered by Gemma Johnson of Mountain Perspective on behalf of Herefordshire Growth Hub.

This workshop is fully funded by Herefordshire Growth Hub and is open to Herefordshire based businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs.

Gemma is a Level 7 Certified Coach, C-me practitioner, Business Consultant, and Prince 2 Project Manager, as well as the Co-founder of the Elevate Business Community - Networking group. She brings extensive experience in delivering impactful mental health and wellbeing initiatives across diverse settings.

Utilising C-me as the foundation her philosophy is simple but powerful: sustaining good mental health starts with truly knowing yourself, your needs, your triggers, and the tools that help you thrive. With no universal blueprint, Gemma encourages a personalised approach, drawing on a wealth of ideas, resources, and supportive networks to help everyone find the right path for them.
