This eight-week course @8pm on: Wednedays (1hr) & Sundays (30mins) /GMT is open to anyone who wish to learn and gain a better understanding and how to apply the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, TCM and Taoism into daily life that helps you Thrive rather than merely survive Winter and today's challenging Covid times.
Whether you're looking to simply 'Slow Down - Do Less - Be More or you're experiencing acute or chronic issues like poor quality sleep, experience anxiety, because let's face it - these symptoms are on the rise. And lingering longer due to Covid-19.
For example, you'll learn simple and effective ways to mitigate sleep disturbances with good sleep hygiene practices, Therapeutic Restorative Yoga and Ayurveda recipes. Re-discover the wisdom body and learn Tips & Resources in cultivating the breath for better health, calmer mind and a nourished nervous system.
Tips & Techniques you learn on the magic mat and apply off the mat and into daily life so you can Thrive not Strive!
