The session focuses on the importance of taking care of your health and well-being. During the session we look at:

• the purpose of self-care and why it is important

• the importance of managing your emotions

• the purpose of mindfulness and why it is important

• the value of taking care of your body

• the knowledge and skills needed to find joy and happiness.

Online Sessions:

To ensure you have the most interactive learning experience possible, our sessions are delivered online and you can ask questions throughout. Sessions are kept small so that you can get the support you need with ease.
