To mark National Self-Care Week 2025, Bloom is offering a week-long series of daily wellbeing workshops, each inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Sessions are short (30 mins), practical, and easy to join from home. Let’s make space for ourselves — together.

Theme: Give
Let’s spread a little joy. In this feel-good session, we’ll create kindness notes — short messages of encouragement you can leave for someone you know, or even a stranger. A small act that could make someone’s day.
