To mark National Self-Care Week 2025, Bloom is offering a week-long series of daily wellbeing workshops, each inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Sessions are short (30 mins), practical, and easy to join from home. Let’s make space for ourselves — together.

Ease into Self-Care Week with simple, calming movement and light stretches you can do from your chair or standing. A gentle, grounding session to help you reconnect with your body and unwind after your day.
