Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for you if you are looking to improve your body confidence and wellbeing.
You will gain a tool for your self-care toolkit that you can use anywhere, anytime, and in any way to boost your language of self-care and body confidence.
This workshop will give you a new way of looking at affirmations and how to use them to boost your confidence in any situation.
The details...
• The workshop will be between one hour & 1:15 minutes, starting at 19:30BST and finishing between 20:30-20:45.
• This is an interactive workshop where you will all work together to come up with your own self-care vocabulary.
• You'll get a flavour of how and what Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching is and see how it's important to have these tools in our self-care toolkits.
• This is a stand-alone workshop, and I am also running a workshop on Thursday 16 December at 15:00 OR 19:30 called “Clearing Your Own Energy Blocks”.

About me, Justine, Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coach
Hi, I’m Justine , owner of Body Confidence Wellness, which includes Body Confidence Coaching, Body Confidence Fitness, and Body Confidence Products.
I provide women with Body Confidence Coaching packages, and a safe & fun environment to exercise together online.
I owned and managed a Curves franchise for 5 years where I worked with over 500 women in that period of time. Each member had her own unique requirements and I developed a real passion for helping women of all ages, shapes & sizes, to reach their potential and feel good in their body.
