About this event

We can be our own harshest critics—sometimes saying things to ourselves we’d never say to a friend. In this gentle, interactive online session, we’ll explore why we can be so cruel to ourselves, and how our inner critic, surprisingly, is often trying to protect us. Together, we’ll learn to lean into fear, notice our patterns of behaviour, and imagine what life might look like if we changed the story we tell ourselves.

We’ll also explore how self-criticism feels in our bodies, and why mind and body cannot be separated when we work toward change. You’ll gain simple, practical self-compassion tools you can continue using after the session—helping you reframe old narratives, respond to yourself with more kindness, and gently embrace that inner critic.

By the end, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how self-compassion can transform the way you live, the choices you make, and the meaning you find in everyday moments. Because when your inner critic isn’t so loud… who knows what you might discover about yourself?

Thank you in solidarity and kindness.
