Overview

An overview of Self-Directed Support and the processes involved when using SDS in practice. Sessions are open to all WLHSCP staff.

This course will provide an overview of Self-Directed Support (SDS), providing an understanding of SDS principles , standards and 4 options.

The session will highlight importance of good conversations, outcomes and the processes within West Lothian Council when processing SDS options for unpaid carers and supported people.
