This course will provide an overview of Self-Directed Support (SDS), providing an understanding of SDS principles , standards and 4 options.

The session will highlight importance of good conversations, outcomes and the processes within West Lothian Council when processing SDS options for unpaid carers and supported people.

The sessions available are for social policy and NHS staff based at St Johns Hospital. Training will take place at St Jonhs Hospital, Houston Room in the Education Suite.
