What’s This All About?

Sometimes our problems aren’t just ours – they come from family patterns or old emotions. We use Systemic Family and Business Constellations. It’s a way of looking at your problems from the outside – literally. In a session, we use people to represent your situation, like a real-life picture. This can help you to see what’s really going on and what to do next.

It’s a deeply transformative method that helps you:

• Understand the hidden roots of your challenges
• Break free from repeating patterns
• Bring clarity, peace, and strength into your life

What Happens in a Session?

1. You can bring a personal issue – health symptoms (like cough, fatigue, pain, overweight, or insomnia), relationship difficulties (with your partner, children, parents, colleagues), money or career blocks. We encourage you to think about the outcome you’d like to see.
2. We set up a constellation – using group members as ‘representatives’ for people or parts of your issue. They may feel emotions or sensations, move, or interact – offering powerful insight into your inner world.
3. You observe – watching your constellation unfold gives you a fresh perspective and often surprising clarity. Mind, it’s not acting or theatre. What happens reflects your real life.
4. We guide the shift – helping to restore balance, release tension, and support deep inner change.

Usually, you don’t take part in your own constellation – you watch from the outside, but your presence and openness are key to the process.

This group is for people over 21 years old, up to 12 people in the group. No experience needed.

Where? Holland Park, we meet at the entrance on Abbotsbury Road, London W14 8EP, next to the 'Tortoises with Triangle and Time' sculpture

When? Sundays from 2:00 till 4:00 pm
