This Self-Discovery & Wellbeing Workshop draws on coaching techniques, soulful reflection, and wellbeing tools like journaling and meditation — guiding you gently towards clarity, resilience, and a deeper understanding of your core values and aspirations. This session invites you to explore your inner world and reconnect with your authentic self through the simple joy of guided conversation and shared presence.
This event forms part of a future workshop series, taking you on an evolving journey of self-awareness, confidence, and emotional strength. The sessions will build on one another — yet each one also stands alone, offering inspiration and insight in its own unique way.
What to Expect
• A guided mindfulness and grounding meditation to open your reflective flow and support mental clarity
• Reflective prompts and gentle coaching tools for deeper self-awareness
• Time for journaling, nourishing conversation and refreshments in a supportive, creative group atmosphere
All you need is your beautiful self, we’ll provide notebooks, pencils, refreshing water, and a calming selection of Yogi teas to keep you nourished and inspired throughout the session.

Because our workshop falls on Westgate’s Light Switch-On Day, we wanted to offer something warm and special for the community.
For this session, every ticket is £15 — a gentle festive gesture to make it easier for anyone to join us on this cosy, reflective afternoon.

Parking Information
Parking in Westgate is generally good on the roads surrounding the Town Hall. The best nearby streets are Westgate Bay Avenue and St Mildred’s Road (towards the sea). If you don’t mind a short stroll, you might also find great spots in the quieter streets just a little further out.
Doors will open 15 minutes before we begin — we kindly encourage you to arrive a little early to allow time for parking, registration and gently arriving into the space.
