Our one-day training workshop will welcome technology leaders from the international driverless technology industry including AutonomouStuff (systems), NXP (processing), Quantum (Data), LeddarTech (Lidar), NovAtel (GPS) and Intempora (Software). This workshop will run once on each day.
Each session will be followed by breaks to look at the technology in use, and you should get a chance to have a ride in a driverless vehicle and talk about the technology and its applications with the engineers using it.
Companies, organisations or teams with vehicles to test can book to use our track for free. Each crew member is charged a small amount to cover their lunch.
Workshop price includes Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon snack, drinks all day...
An evening BBQ will also be put on on Monday 24th only.
Optional extras: Go-Karting is £60 extra and runs only on Monday 24th.
Please note that we are unable to accomodate spectators.
Self Driving Track Days launched in August 2016 and plans quarterly events for organisations developing driverless and autonomous vehicle technology. Events are currently scheduled in Austria, UK and France. We also help produce and promote AutoSens - the world's largest vehicle perception technology conference, and organise Self Driving Car networking meet-up events, which take place every month touring around the UK and elsewhere. We want to create a friendly event where collaborators and competitors alike can solve problems, support the development of education and training, and help end road deaths.. at the same time as filling an important gap between laboratory testing, expensive and fixed professional test facilities, and public road testing.
