Self employed/Sole Practitioner SIG - Long hot summer

An informal meeting to discuss how business in HR consultancy and L&D is progressing in 2025, touching on changes and drivers in the market including employment trends and AI. This provides the opportunity to make new contacts and develop your relationships with existing contacts, while learning about what's working best for self employed consultants - and what we should work on next.

The discussion will be facilitated by Cliff Rendell and Emily Morgan, the CIPD Branch in Coventry and Warwickshire's Committee SIG leads.

This meeting is always first Monday of the month at 10.00 - this one is online so bring your own coffee. Cliff & Emily will also update you about the upcming SIG and C&W events.

The Coventry and Warwickshire Self employed special interest groups – named AsSIGnations – is now nearly 25 years old! This meeting will not just celebrate this, but take the opportunity to look at what has worked over the years, and what might work in the future.

To make the most of this, we will meet to network, make new contacts, and spend some time thinking about where our networking may take us next.

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.

4. For security reasons, it is requested that participants join the live session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and with the same name as registered on Eventbrite as not doing so may cause a delay or non-admittance to the event.
