Starting your own business

Starting your own business

Our webinar will help you to get a Startup Business Plan together whether it's for funding, a qualification, or generally getting your thoughts together and putting it all down on paper in order to make your dreams become a reality.

We will be looking at the business goals, its feasibility and its future, delving into your competitors and customer profiling, marketing, branding and pricing strategies and also looking at your legal obligations. We'll be talking about contingency plans, your cash flow, profit margins and operational needs and how to present this in your structured Business Plan.

Webinars are delivered via Microsoft Teams
