Put simply, Cash Flow Forecasting is an estimate of the amount of cash that you predict will be moving in and out of your business and will help you to decide if it can run or develop successfully. If you don't know how much money your business will be taking over the next year, how do you know that it will be able to pay it's bills, buy new stock, products, ingredients etc to continue to produce items to sell or offer the services that you plan to deliver? How can you continue to operate if your cash flow dries up and how can you plan around this?
