Join us for a workshop exploring self-esteem and ADHD with a therapist - Ntombiza.
(This is a repeat session for those who were unable to attend previous sessions, if you are no longer able to attend please cancel your ticket so we can release spaces to other members of the group)
Ntombiza Sibisi is a psychological therapist working in the NHS with a background as a Wellbeing Coach.
With over 6 years experience supporting people with mental health problems, Ntombiza is passionate about empowering women to optimize their wellbeing and self-esteem, and to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Aims of the session
This is a self-help and psycho-educational workshop for dealing with improving self-esteem, we are focusing on developing a better understanding of our difficulties and learning practical tools to make positive changes.
Using CBT based techniques we will look at the impact of low self-esteem, understanding how we so get stuck in a viscous cycle and how to start making changes to overcome it.
Session Aim- Develop a better understanding of what low self-esteem is and what maintains it.
- How ADHD affects our self-esteem.- Learn some practical tools to break the cycle.
