Ines Fernandes is a qualified and passionate social worker with extensive experience supporting young people across a range of settings, including supported accommodation, CAMHS, and schools. Known for her commitment to empowerment and relational practice, Ines has managed services for vulnerable young people and worked within multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful, trauma-informed support. She has a strong background in mental health, having supported young people and families through complex emotional and psychological challenges.

Ines is currently the Outreach Coordinator at Re:Shift Collective, where she leads creative, wellbeing-focused interventions for young people disengaged from traditional systems. Her work reflects a deep dedication to promoting resilience, emotional safety, and inclusive practice.
