Event description

As the daffodils bloom and brighten London with speckles of yellow radiance, the promise of this new Spring makes us glow with energy and warmth. Now is a time for cleansing, for reflective contemplation and for self-love.

In a world that rewards flawless masks, it’s hard to separate our real identity from what we pretend to be. Curating our multiple identities (digital or not) has increasingly become a consuming full time job, and only our deeper sense of self pays the high price.

What does self-love really mean?

It is learning how to start taking care of yourself so you stop needing to fix yourself.

It means rewiring what you believe in until your day-to-day life feels less like something you need therapy to recover from.

It is recognising how to make more positive choices towards a life that feels good, where previously maybe it only looked good.

It is understanding more about who you really are so you can become the person you are meant to be.

Through this shift of focus, you will find that lovingly taking care attends to most of the challenges you were trying to fix in the first place.

What is Self-Love about?

Celebrating the gentle start of this new Spring, Self-Love is an intimate urban retreat for women. Here we will provide a supportive space for you to:

  • deepen your understanding of the Self;
  • recognise the importance of your own self-acceptance;
  • spring clean your thought patterns; and
  • build a sustainable personal strategy to reach inner-peace and balance.

How will Self-Love benefit you?

In distilling your long-term wellness choices, this deep-dive workshop will help you identify and reflect on:

  • external pressures colouring your reality;
  • blindspot areas where you may be subconscioulsy self-sabotaging; and
  • how to give yourself permission to feel and love the vessel you live in.

Who are we?

Sam Hernandez is a Neuroscience expert and Master International Behavioural Coach.

After having lived across 3 continents and 7 countries in a few years, she knows all too well what it is to crave a pit stop. She has tastefully designed this programme combining neuroscientific insights and spiritual learnings.

Our expert facilitators will demystify self-love and self-care through rituals, guided meditations, workshop activities and awakening exercises.

What will you take away?

You will leave feeling enthused, grounded and equipped with a practical toolkit to love yourself wholly, deeply and genuinely, every single day (with or without those candlelit salt baths and chocolate cakes!).

Join us for what promises to be a beautiful, refreshing and soul-connecting day.

Are refreshments included?

Yes. Herbal teas and healthy treats (fruits and nuts) will be provided throughout the day.

What do I need to bring into the event?

  • Loose clothing - light movement will be encouraged.
  • Notepads and pen if you wish to take notes.
  • Love. Please bring bags of love. For yourself, and for others.

I've never done a retreat, can I still come?

Of course, no previous experience is required.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets will be refunded in full if cancelled 7 days before the event.

We understand emergencies do happen so if for whatever reason you are no longer able to make it and notify us within the 7 days leading to the event, whilst we will not be able to refund your ticket, we will automatically enrol you in any future events.
