This workshop will be insightful and powerful for all who attend, whether you are new to wellbeing or deeply experienced. This practices are universal and natural.

What do i need to bring?

Bottle of Water, Comfortable Clothes. Anything that allows you to feel as comfortable as possible. Bring a Journal if you like to Write. (There will be Mattresses, Cushions & Blankets Provided for Ultra Comfort)
