LOVEx is coming to GUILDFORD on 10th May.
LOVEx is all about love and talking about this subject under different topics through the eyes and perspectives of knowledgeable, experienced and inspiring speakers.
This events topic is about SELF- LOVE one of the most important subjects yet still one of the least talked about.
Self-love is often confused with arrogance, but this could not be further from the truth and our speakers will be giving you the benefit of their experiences and perspectives on how we can learn to love ourselves and spread that love all around us so that we can all live a more fulfilling and loving life.

Sophie was born and raised in France, but with a French father and British mother, decided to continue her studies in the UK. She is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in physics at the University of Surrey. She has a passion for handball, rowing and running as well as being part of a gospel choir and organising TEDx events.
Sophie will be talking about how overcoming self-doubt can lead us to greater self-love.
Scott is the Entrenaut trainer, a transformational coach, NLP coach and hypnosis practitioner, public speaker and business owner, who works with aspiring entrepreneurial people who are looking to create a legacy that will advance humanity and further our own evolution. with a mission to create 7 billion happy people, he sees spreading the LOVEx message as a key to creating that happiness.
Scott will be taking about the fear of judgement, how it paralyses us and what we can do to overcome it and learn to love ourselves in the process.
Faisal is an entrepreneur, speaker and mentor who is passionate about understanding why we do what we do with the idea of making people's lives enriched and empowered. He specialises in Masculine and Feminine energy/characteristics which affects us all at work, home and especially in our relationships.
Faisal will talk about how abandonment and toxic shame has kept him from self-acceptance and self-love. He'll be sharing his experience on finally accepting himself and starting the journey from being wounded to healing.
Tomas is a university student who is working on his engineering degree while chasing his real passion on the side. He is a live event organiser, an online content creator and a co-founder of Infinite Quest - a personal
development brand which aims to bring ambitious students together and help them to develop themselves outside of their academics. He does it with the long term vision of leaving a lasting impact on the millennial generation by spreading positivity, knowledge and ambition.
Thomas will be talking about the inside impact of the people we chose to surround ourselves with and just how much this affects our self-love
Brigit Jaansoo believes in letting go and forgiveness. Letting go of past negative experiences, emotions and people and forgiving is one of the most challenging, yet important, parts of the self-love journey. To start creating your dream life and going after what you truly desire, firstly you must get rid of anything that will hold you back. At this talk, she will be sharing with you the importance of letting go of toxic people, releasing negative emotions and forgiving both yourself and others. She will talk about the negative and positive affect it has on you and your life, as well as real action steps you can take away to kick-start your journey to the more loving and confident you.
Clee is a life coach focused on helping her clients, often people pleasers and emotional caregivers, come back to self love and self care, to create a life they love waking up to.
Clee Stacy will be talking about self-love and decision making, and the dynamics between these hugely important components of life. Taking care of ourselves and learning to love ourselves is absolutely vital for happiness and success, but these are areas often neglected. This often translates into indecision and decision making based on others. She will be delving into this relationship, what it means for each of us and what we can do about it.
Sally is French and is 20 years old. Currently in her second year of university, studying International Business Management. Sally has lived in 3 different countries and speaks 3 languages fluently (English, French and Spanish). In her free time she loves to exercise and spend quality time with her friends and family. Sally says that she is an extravert and has a great love of getting out there and discovering new things.
Sally will be talking about how self-love is the key to happiness and how it is much more than just 2 words, It is about finding who you are and choosing to love yourself everyday.
