Self Love Stories is a FREE 30-minute weekly workshop designed to guide you on your journey to self love through journaling and meditation.

At Mindless Academy, we regularly incorporate journaling and meditation into our daily routines, as well as into our programmes.

To join us, all you need is access to Zoom, a pen and paper and an open mind. There’s no need to share what you’ve written or to turn your video on! Self Love Stories is a safe space where we come together to be alone with our thoughts.

How it Works

First, you'll hear from our founder Laurie Stewart with an introduction to Self Love Stories and insights into the month's theme.

Then our Mindset Coach Karen Podesta will lead you through a short meditation to focus and prepare your mind before guiding you through a series of journal prompts that will allow you to both reflect and look forward.

We’ll deliver 10 journaling prompts, one at a time, and you’ll have one minute to respond to each. The beauty of these ‘speed prompts’ is that they don’t allow you to overthink or edit, so you end up journaling from the heart with an open, honest response. Once these are complete, you’ll then have 3 minutes to go deeper on our final prompt.

Each month we focus on a particular Self Love Story, such as gratitude, forgiveness, love and compassion. Throughout that month our speed prompts remain the same, allowing you to grow in clarity and track development. Our final 3 minute prompt will change on a weekly basis, giving you some valuable self-reflection time.

Journaling is an integral part of what we do at Mindless. It’s a powerful tool for clearing your mind while making important connections between thoughts, emotions, habits and behaviors.
