Welcome to Self Love Stories! This FREE 30-minute weekly workshop is designed to guide you on your journey to self-love through journaling and meditation.

About Self Love Stories

Self Love Stories began as a personal mission of Mindless Academy founder, Laurie, to face into the thing she struggles with most: self-love. First, she was journaling alone, then with friends, then with the Mindless team. Eventually, Self Love Stories became a free 30-minute online event happening each week with a lovely and loyal global community!

How it Works

First, our Mindset Coach, Greg, will guide us through a short intention-focused meditation/breathwork exercise to get us settled in.

We’ll then deliver 10 journaling prompts, one at a time, and you’ll have one minute to respond to each. The beauty of these ‘speed prompts’ is that they don’t allow you to overthink or edit, so you end up journaling from the heart with an open, honest response.

Once these are complete, you’ll then have 3 minutes to go deeper on our final prompt.

At the end of the session, if there's time, we'll open up a sharing circle where you can share what you discovered and connect with our global community.

What You'll Need

To join us, all you need is access to Zoom, a pen and paper and an open mind.

There’s no need to share what you’ve written or to turn your video on! Self Love Stories is a safe space where we come together to be alone with our thoughts.
