Our course will help you explore: pain and fatigue management; exercise; relaxation and thinking techniques; communication skills; problem solving. This FREE course consists of six 2½ hour weekly sessions.
These sessions will run on: Monday 3 October, Monday 10 October, Monday 17 October, Monday 14 November, Monday 21 November, Monday 28 November.
Please note that there will be no sessions on the 24 and 31 October, and 7 November.
Sessions will recommence on Monday 14 November.
