About Ushapa – Your Workshop Facilitator

Hi, I’m Ushapa, and I’m honoured to guide you through these self-massage workshops, nurturing spaces designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and discover simple, powerful tools for everyday self-care.

With over 20 years of experience as a holistic therapist, I bring a grounded, heart-led approach rooted in both Eastern and Western traditions. Trained in the UK and India, I’ve shared massage treatments, workshops, and professional training across multiple counties, supporting individuals in restoring balance and finding ease within.

These workshops draw on that experience to empower you with techniques that relax muscles, calm the nervous system, and awaken a deeper sense of presence and wellbeing. My intention is always the same: to create a safe, supportive space where you feel more at home in your body and more connected to your own healing capacity.
