Description

..And the end of all our exploring

Will be to arrive where we started

And know the place for the first time.

T.S.Eliot (Four quartets)

This is a workshop where you will be exploring your own erotic touch as an invitation to sensation. Self-pleasuring your body and soul is a special way to connect to your authentic self. You and you only, can start this process of embodiment that will breath life in a ll your interactions. A special way women can connect to the spiritual power of their bodies and sexuality. There is no right or wrong, the idea is for you to meet yourself and connect to your life force, without dismissing anything that arises. This is both, a practice for you to enrich your relationship to your own sexual body, and to understand where you are at by listening to the deep yearnings of your soul.

The approach is based in taoist tantra, with the emphasis on psychospiritual process work which adds the necessary depth for this enquiry. In this workskshop you will be encouraged to verify the truth of who you are, wherever you are at. In this introduction to this work you will learn techniques such as engaging with breath, body and voice as well as a variety of touchs and movements to engage your body's capacity for sensation. When you take the time and space to feel, sense, think and share about your body and sexuality and your relationship to both, a deeper and rich understanding unfolds. Sexuality is much bigger than our genitals, it is life force, creativity, and our ability to connect to pleasure in our lives.

Addressing your whole being, this workshop is open to all women with the desire to develop intimacy with themselves, body and soul. This work wil be about creating space for your unique sensual self to emerge, a compassionate process whereby you start to get to grips with who you are, the light and shadow. Beneath the floor boards where light rarely reaches, is where we keep many umcomfortable feelings of shame. This is an invitation for you to look through the cracks on the floor boards, welcome the shadow and let the light in.

Group working and sharing with other women enhances greatly an awareness which slowly but surely unravel parts of yourself that had to be buried for a variety of reasons. Your vulnerability will be held with empathy and acceptance of your process, paving a road where you become more conscious of the vastness of who you are and your unique energy.

Through experiential exercises, you will explore ways to connect to your body, inviting sensuality, slowly, gently and lovingly. This is followed by sharing and processing with the group, the thoughts, feelings, emotions and whatever else arises for you. Working in this way with other women ignites a powerful and insightful process of self-discovery which is fuelled by the energy of the group.

The workshop will be playful and experiential, and an opportunity to start a process of transformation where a more authentic way to relate to yourself and to others is possible therefore increasing the chance for a more sane world. We will also look at the anatomy of sexual arousal for women. There might be, weather allowing, work done outside by the fire. More details about the day will be given upon booking.

Group resource for after the workshop:

As a resource to be used after the workshop a private secret group with a small number of women (commited to interact to each other) has been created to support your process. The name of the group is "A Place of Her Own" that can only be accessed by members with the interest to support each other via comments, live Q&A videos, and resources such as where you can get low cost Counselling and other reasonably affordable support.

Anyone can benefit from this experience including women that are:

*Desiring to learn more about their unique sensual selves

*Wishing to increase peace and pleasure in their relating to themselves and with others
