Being able to effectively promote yourself is essential in order to run a successful illustration business – but it’s not easy, and self-promotion does not come naturally for everyone.
Join the Association of illustrators (The AOI) for this in-depth webinar to find out how to make self-promotion work for you.
In this webinar:
- We will examine essential self-promotion tools such as your website, social media and networking sites, considering how to make sure your work is visible online.
- We will talk about reaching out to clients including how to find clients and how to contact them.
- We will also highlight the effectiveness of self-initiated work to attract attention, awards and competitions, and growing platforms, such as Substack and Patreon.
As we navigate a shifting creative industry, we will also consider what might be important extra steps you can take in 2025-2026 to put yourself in the best position, and how crafting your unique visual voice is essential as part of a self-promotion strategy.
As always, we will allocate plenty of time for an audience Q&A, where we can answer all of your self-promotion queries. We recommend attending live for the valuable opportunity to ask your questions.
