About this event
There are times when the world feels too loud, too fast, or simply too much. In those moments, what we long for is not another demand or task — but a gentle place to rest, to be soothed, and to feel safely held.
This course is a gentle invitation to connect to that place. Not by striving or fixing, but by remembering the calm and love that is already within, which as been given to us as our birthright. Together, we will practice listening to ourselves with kindness, holding our feelings with care, and creating space where we can simply be — just as we are.
Over ten sessions, you’ll be guided through nourishing practices: grounding in the body, finding comfort in the breath, creating safe inner spaces, and offering love to the tender parts within. You’ll discover what it means to be gentle and loving parent to your inner child, to feel supported, and to carry this soothing presence into your connections with others.
These meditations are here to remind you: no matter what is happening around you, there is always a safe, nourishing harbour inside — a steady, quiet home where you can rest, recharge, and be held.
We look forward to welcoming you on this profoundly self-nourishing journey.
With love,
Peter and Vero
