Selling on Amazon Masterclass – Part One
Event Information
About this Event
Amazon is one of the largest E-Commerce sites in the world, but did you know that over half of its sales are made by small independent retailers like you? This vast online marketplace provides a structured selling framework and presents an unrivalled opportunity for retailers, whether big and small, to reach a wide range of customers in the UK and overseas. If you are looking to start-up, or expand on a retail business, then you need to think about Amazon.
This half day course forms part one of a two-part Masterclass. It will cover the following topics.
Choose which products to sell – Taking time to find and modify your products and packaging can pay dividends when selling on Amazon. Pick up some research tips on the pretty and the practical side of your selling plans.
Open and Manage your Amazon Account – Choose which selling level is right for you and prepare for the seller verification process. Take a tour round the Seller Central Dashboard and learn about the set up and the selling tools of your new account.
Manage Seller and Product Performance – Selling on Amazon requires you to offer the standard of products and service that customers expect. Learn more about Amazon’s selling policies and how to meet performance metrics. Monitor and improve the performance of your inventory by using Selling Coach and the report functions
Add your products to the Amazon catalogue – Whether you are selling products that are already sold on Amazon, or creating brand new product pages, there’s lots to think about. Learn how to create appealing and competitive content whilst adhering to Amazon policies.
Following completion of Part One, you may wish to register for Part Two of this Masterclass which covers how to optimise your products and offers; handle your customer orders; use the Fufilment by Amazon (FBA) service and expand onto Amazon’s international stores.
