Event description

Description

Key Learning: Understanding many of the basic Laws of Nature that can be copied and implemented into your business.

Summary:

AkzoNobel, a leading global producer of paints and coats, is committed to using only natural elements in its paint and coating products. To illustrate, it teamed up with Photanol, a company whose sustainable technology mimics the way plants use photosynthesis. This initiative to produce “green” chemical building blocks has already won awards. This is just one of many innovative examples of why so companies today are creating value and, at the same time, protecting and preserving Nature.

In this half-day seminar, participants will learn how Nature herself has always followed the principles of the Circular Economy. Participants will also learn how businesses have far too often disrupted the natural balance of life and, in an interactive and entertaining way, learn how business can - and should - be inspired by Mother Nature and how Her time-honoured “Natural Laws” can be applied in business.

Examples from plants, animals, water, and even human blood will be used to illustrate that Mother Nature can be the best inspiration for all businesses if we only take time to observe and respect Her laws.

Who should attend?

All participants are invited to attend this seminar. While the Bootcamp, and the following seminars, will focus entirely on identifying business opportunities and promoting these, this seminar provides a fundamental understanding on how Nature established the principles the Circular Economy.
