Wynniatt-Husey in conjunction with the NFU and Nigel Davis Solicitors, will form a panel. They shall explain the key updates to Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR) and how it may impact you. They shall also explore the practical issues these changes could present and how best to prepare.


Alan Durose is the Managing Director of Wynniatt-Husey Ltd Chartered Accountants. With over 36 years of experience in Accounting and Business Development. Alan brings great expertise in guiding clients through complex financial and tax matters. Wynniatt-Husey has a long-standing specialist relationship with farmers from its incorporation. Alan’s family came from a farming background and naturally he has run the farming tax department for the most of his duration at Wynniatt-Husey.


Matthew Elias is a solicitor and a Director of Nigel Davis Solicitors. Having originally begun his working life as a livestock farmer his ‘hands on experience’ gives him an ability to work together with his farming clients to ensure practical solutions to their problems. His specialises in private client work including Inheritance Tax Planning (claims for Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief) and Family Trusts. Matthew is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners


Neil Manton joined NFU Mutual as a Financial Adviser in 2015 and brings with him over 15 years' experience having previously worked for the Co-Op, Halifax, Barclays & AXA Wealth. Neil takes pride in the advice that he gives to his clients and enjoys working closely with all types of individual, building lasting relationships for the future.
