Description

The UK Government has recently committed to "identify a pilot project within each department to prove and embed the agile approach [to software development]." But how will this work in practice? What are the biggest obstacles and how can they be overcome?

This seminar, run by the British Computer Society's Software Practice Advancement conference (BCS SPA 2011), in conjunction with the Institute for Government, aims to bring together leading government officials and the "agile" software development community to share experience and look for successful ways forward.
