UK Law after 1 January 2021: Constitutional and legal challenges
The transition period ended on 31 December 2020. This seminar wil examine the operation of UK law post Brexit and address constitutional issues and challenges. Specifically it will cover EU retained law, gaps in UK Law and the extent of government delegated powers.
