Event description

Description

Our brains are wired to minimise threat and maximise reward.  This means we are 5 times more likely to see the negative (threat) in any situation.  This seminar will provide you with information about your brain chemistry and how the quality of your thinking can make a difference to your motivation and health.

Presented by: Kim Harvey

Company Name: Neuroleaders

Description: Participants will also learn:
• Whether they are a 'towards' or ' away from' person and the impact this has on motivation and reward
• Multi-tasking is making us stressed!  We are not designed to do it so participants will learn how we can best tackle lots of work without getting sick
• How to create a 'Growth Mindset' versus a 'Fixed Mindset' and its impact on your life
