This is an opportunity for parents or carers to speak to our trained Bristol SENDIAS practitioner on a confidential, one-to-one basis and to receive help and support with your query about special educational needs and/or disability.

If you are a professional supporting a parent to book, please enter the parent's name and contact details.

To book:
